Hi, I’m Stephanie
I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m passionate about Bible study, Bible journaling and helping others discover the joy of spending time in God’s Word. What started as a personal journey to better understand Scripture has grown into something I genuinely love sharing, particularly with those who want to read their Bibles but aren’t quite sure where to begin or how to make sense of what they’re reading.
My hope for this space is to share the things that have helped me along the way, from creative journaling ideas and simple study methods to visual resources that make biblical stories and information easier to understand.

How My Journey Began
For a long time, I struggled to find a way of studying the Bible that really worked for me. I wanted to grow in my faith and understand God’s Word, but I often found myself reading chapters, writing pages of notes and walking away feeling like very little had stayed with me. One of the biggest turning points was discovering the New Living Translation (NLT). Suddenly, Scripture became so much easier to understand, and I began seeing connections between biblical stories that I’d never noticed before. I still use other translations today, but the NLT remains my everyday Bible.
Around the same time, I started exploring different ways of learning. I’ve always been a visual and creative person, and I realised that simply reading and taking notes wasn’t necessarily the best way for me to remember information. I began breaking down biblical stories, timelines and information into drawings and infographics, which eventually led me to discover Bible journaling. It became a way to combine my love of creativity with my desire to know God more deeply, and for the first time, I found myself genuinely looking forward to spending time in His Word.
Why I Created This Space
When I look back on my own journey, I can see how much my relationship with God grew when I began genuinely enjoying reading and studying the Bible. The more time I spent in Scripture, the more I understood about God’s character, His faithfulness and who I am in Christ. My faith deepened, and spending time in His Word became something I wanted to do rather than something I felt I should be doing.
That’s really where my passion for this space comes from. I know what it’s like to want to understand the Bible but feel overwhelmed by where to begin, or to struggle with study methods that don’t seem to work for you. I also know how much can change when you begin to understand what you’re reading and discover an approach that helps you learn.
I don’t believe everyone needs to study the Bible in exactly the same way. While we should always seek to understand Scripture faithfully and in context, there are different ways we can approach learning. My hope is to encourage people to explore those approaches, find what helps them engage with God’s Word and develop a genuine desire to keep opening their Bibles.Ultimately, I know that it’s God who works through His Word and transforms our hearts. If I can help someone overcome that initial feeling of being overwhelmed, encourage them to open their Bible and give them some practical tools to get started, then I can trust God to do the rest, just as He has done for me.
